The size of the washer and dryer are so tiny also can’t do much with that but spend more money and electricity to wash things longer. Management team only cares about getting people into apartments, after that you are no longer important. When I signed my lease there was a monthly rent agreed upon.

The fan in the bathroom drops fuzz and dust onto you if you are on the toilet. There are missing outlet covers and light bulbs missing throughout the unit. Bugs coming out of one of the sinks and it's just too much please do not put yourself through this. 2 weeks after move in nothing is fixed i have 3 faucets in this place and not 1 works! We found used q tips, Popsicle sticks and other garbage all over the place. I have contacted the office and maintenance everyday for a week now and i keep getting told first thing in the morning first thing in the morning but no one ever comes. I do not think it is unreasonable to want running water, to want kitchen cabinets and drawers fixed so i can actually unpack my kitchen.
I have had packages stolen a number of times. Food delivery services can never find your apartment, and mail services do not go to your specific unit ever. My unit’s heat was at only 65 degrees (so cold!) and my bill was over $400 for a ONE BEDROOM!!!!!
