The garbage valet system is convenient but there are garbage bags laying everywhere, and then little pieces of garbage and junk blow around and are laying in the yards. The landscaping is bare minimum on units facing the street and then non existent on units facing away…my unit is just surrounded by mud. The mail room and parcel room are both filled to the brim with packages that are NOT secured. They just leave the packages in the room and call it a day.

Open maintenance tickets,mice, ants and very cheaply maintained they put a screw in my dishwasher to make the rack stay put instead of replacing a wheel. We had a leak in the ceiling that they "fixed" and still leaked this place was good when we moved in.

The only problem was that there was a mistake in their online payment system that had my rent listed much higher than it was supposed to be. After discussing this with management I decided to pay the higher amount so that I did not receive late penalties for those months. Management assured me they would credit my account in future months to account for the over payment. A few months went by and still no credit.

There are many comparable apartments in the area, most of which will rent for less to begin with. Don't make the mistake of choosing this one. Nothing but trouble for the past two years with two different property management companies. The property manger doesn’t take care of the residents and maintenance doesn’t either. We went without a/c for an entire weekend while it was 90 degrees INSIDE our apartment.

The water pressure and temperature is SO BAD and they won’t do anything to change it. You share water with your neighbors, so their use affects yours. My apartment has spiders, ants, and centipede type things that come in through the foundation at the exterior wall. There are very few lights, so I needed to buy a bunch of lamps.

When I brought it back up with them they had just changed online payment systems and now wanted to tell me it was not their responsibility to credit the previous payments. In short they stole several hundred dollars from me. On a separate note, recently the water had been shut off for several days. Management went around and left notes all all doors saying that there was a water main break and they weren't sure when it would be fixed. It is also near impossible to get any maintenance help when you need it.

The size of the washer and dryer are so tiny also can’t do much with that but spend more money and electricity to wash things longer. Management team only cares about getting people into apartments, after that you are no longer important. When I signed my lease there was a monthly rent agreed upon.
